KEY LIME CORRECTION!

My friend, Sheridan, loves Key Lime Pie.  I did not know this until I posted my pie recipe.  A bit later, Sheridan told me she was going to be making her favorite recipe, as well as mine, and comparing the two.  Too make a long story short, she told me later that her pie from my recipe hadn't set up and did I know what was wrong?  I thought about it for a while and then asked if she had put in the gelatin?  She looked at me and said "What gelatin?"  hee hee.... I felt bad because I had forgotten to type the gelatin into the recipe!  Grr!  So she had wasted so much time and food for a pie that didn't set!  ugh!  Sher- I'm sorry!  Its fixed and I hope it works this time!
