Chip Dip- pretty basic, right?

Its summer, finally! And with all the BBQ's going on, you'll probably get asked to bring chips at some point.  They are the fall back food with hamburgers and hotdogs and lemondade.  So the following is a great way to add some interest to your otherwise boring bag of Lay's KC Masterpiece. I have to warn you, I usually just estimate when it comes to dips and sauces so the measurements are... close :) haha
Creamy Corn Dip
Ingredients:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ranch dressing dry packet
1 small can chopped olives
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 small can green chilies, drained as best you can
1 can corn, drained well

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.  Chill for 2 hours.  Serve with chips.  My favorites to pair it with are Lime Tortilla Chips or Fritoes.  My family could drink this stuff, especially with a great beverage and some March Madness.

Best served mushed into funeral potatoes and diced Christmas ham. ;)
